Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, customized items, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
Customers can initiate a return request from their Miroa account under My Orders.
Once approved, the item will be picked up or you may be requested to ship it back, depending on the seller’s policy.
After inspection, the return will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and verified.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or Miroa wallet, as applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with images for faster resolution.
